Presumed Invoice Date For Period Charges

 

Period Charges depend on the Billing Cycle code on the service.

• If the given threshold value is within the presumed invoice date then it will advance the Bill Up To Date for the bill cycle to the next billing period not billed yet. If the threshold is not within the presumed invoice date then the period charge will not show up in unbilled if already billed.

 

Threshold of Zero

Any date you select in a given month will display the recurring charges up to the last day of the given month. For example, select any date in March and it will always show the Period charges displayed with a bill date up to and including March 31st.

 

Threshold of Two

If I select Presumed Invoice Date March 28th, the Period charges will display up to and including March 31st.

If I select Presumed Invoice Date March 29th, March 30th or March 31st, the Period charges will display up to and including the last day of the following month (4/30).
